At the recent IBC in Amsterdam, Sonifex presented their awards for their best UK and export distributors for the year 2000/2001. The awards of champagne and an engraved plaque went to Canford Audio, who won the top UK distributor award, and Interstage of Denmark, who won the top export distributor award.
Presenting the awards to Iain Elliott of Canford Audio, and Finn Juul of Interstage, Marcus Brooke, Managing Director of Sonifex, commented: "This last financial year has been a good one for us, thanks in no small part to all of our distributors, who do an excellent job on our behalf. Canford Audio's sales growth has been spectacular and Interstage has been our best export distributor for a number of the last few years. A presentation such as this is just a small token of our real appreciation for their efforts."
Sonifex has celebrated some major high points this last financial year, with major sales to the BBC, and into China and Denmark. Additionally, the buy out of the Nicral range of audio codecs and ISDN management systems, and the distribution of the world leading CCS Musicam range of products has helped Sonifex achieve important sales growth.
