The 2008-2009 Sonifex Distributor of the Year awards have been announced. Canford Audio are the best UK distributor and Orange Tec, based in Stuttgart Germany, the best export distributor.

Iain Elliott, receiving the award for Canford, said: "It’s encouraging, in the present economic climate, to still be the top sales distributor for Sonifex. The combination of some new marketing strategies with the host of new innovations released by Sonifex have given us a notable edge in this uncertain market. We’re continuing to expand our customer base and look forward to another successful year.”

Orange Tec received the export sales award for continued high sales in Germany. Marcus Brooke, Managing Director of Sonifex, said "Our success in Germany is a combination of dedication and hard work from the Orange Tec team and a resurgent German market. Orange Tec have been extremely successful with our Redbox products, new Reference Monitors and Telephone Hybrids and with the introduction of our new video Redboxes we’re anticipating another fruitful year.”
